There are many reasons why a payment may fail. The most likely reason is because we have lost contact with our payment provider due to an unforeseen outage. More often than not, waiting an hour or so and retrying will resolve the issue. If you are struggling to make a payment though our online cart simply contact us and we will be able to assist you further.
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 60 day, no questions asked money back guarantee. Simply contact us with your request and we will be able to process a refund for you. Please note it can take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account.
Coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process. You will see toward the top of the checkout page a link labelled "Have a coupon, click here to enter your code". You will then be able to enter and redeem your coupon by entering it in the box provided and then clicking the "Apply Coupon" button.
Managing My Account
Log-in to your account and then visit the profile page. From the profile page click on the "Settings" menu and you will be able to change/update your personal information.
All promotional emails include an unsubscribe link. Simply click on this link and follow the instructions to remove your email address from our databases.
