Welcome to Resilience Training. This guide explains how to browse and purchase courses, access your content, and manage your account.


Browsing & Purchasing Courses

Finding Courses and Products

  • Courses — Browse all available courses at /courses. Click on any course to view full details including the lesson list, duration, difficulty level, and price.
  • Shop — Browse all products at /shop, including games, downloadable resources, and course bundles.

Understanding Course Details

Each course detail page shows:

  • Course title and full description
  • Duration (estimated hours) and difficulty level
  • A complete lesson list — preview lessons are free to watch without purchasing
  • The course price and a purchase button

Adding to Cart and Checking Out

  1. Click Add to Cart or Buy Now on any course or product
  2. The cart icon in the header will update — click it to review your basket
  3. Click Proceed to Checkout
  4. Step 1: Email — Enter your email address (or sign in if you already have an account)
  5. Step 2: Billing Address — Enter your billing name and address
  6. Step 3: Payment — Enter your card details securely via Stripe
  7. Click Pay Now to complete your purchase

Applying a Coupon Code

On the checkout page, look for the Coupon Code field. Type your discount code and click Apply. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to your order total immediately.

Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a receipt. Your course access or download is activated immediately — you can start right away from your dashboard.


Accessing Your Courses

Finding Your Courses

Sign in and go to your Dashboard at /dashboard. Your active courses are listed under My Courses, showing your current progress for each one.

Starting and Continuing a Course

  • Click Start Course to begin a course you have not yet started
  • Click Continue Learning to pick up from where you left off

This takes you to the course page where you can navigate through lessons at your own pace.

Watching Lessons and Tracking Progress

Lessons are listed in order on the course page. Click on any lesson title to open the video player and watch. Your progress is tracked automatically — a lesson is marked as complete once you have watched it.

The progress bar on your dashboard updates as you complete each lesson.

Downloading Lesson Resources

Some lessons include downloadable resources such as worksheets, guides, or activity sheets. Look for the Downloads section below the video player and click the file name to save it to your device.

Preview Lessons

Some courses include preview lessons that are free to watch without purchasing. These are marked with a Preview badge in the lesson list. To unlock all lessons in a course, purchase it from the course detail page or the shop.


Downloads

Accessing Purchased Downloads

If you have purchased downloadable products (games, resources, toolkits), you can find them in your Dashboard at /dashboard under My Downloads.

How to Download a File

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Find the My Downloads section
  3. Click the Download button on the product you want to access
  4. The file will download directly to your device

Download links are personal to your account. Please do not share them with others.


Multi-User (Team) Licenses

What Is a Multi-User License?

A multi-user (team) license lets one person — the owner — purchase course access for a group. The owner decides who gets access by inviting team members to fill the available seats. Each invited person gets their own individual access to the course.

Purchasing a Team License

When viewing a course or product that supports team licensing, select the Team License option and choose the number of seats you need. Add it to your cart and complete checkout as normal.

Finding Your Team License in the Dashboard

After purchasing a team license, go to your Dashboard at /dashboard. You will see a Team Licenses card showing how many team licenses you own. Click it (or go to /dashboard/licenses) to manage your licenses.

Inviting Team Members

On the license management page (/dashboard/licenses), open a license to see its seat list. Each seat shows whether it is Available, Pending (invited but not yet accepted), or Accepted (active member).

To invite a team member:

  1. Find a seat with Available status
  2. Enter the team member's email address in the invite field next to that seat
  3. Click Send Invite

What the Team Member Receives

The invited team member will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. The email is sent to the address you provided. Once they click the link and accept, they will have full access to the course.

Revoking Access from a Team Member

To remove a team member's access:

  1. Go to /dashboard/licenses and open the relevant license
  2. Find the team member's seat (status: Accepted)
  3. Click Revoke
  4. Confirm the action

The seat will return to Available status and you can invite a different person to fill it.

Accepting a License Invitation

Receiving the Invitation Email

If someone has invited you to access a course through their team license, you will receive an email with a subject like "You've been invited to access [Course Name]". This email contains a unique invitation link that is personal to you.

Clicking the Invite Link

Click the Accept Invitation button in the email. You will be taken to the invitation acceptance page on the Resilience Training site.

Creating an Account or Signing In

  • If you do not have an account — You will be prompted to create one. Enter your name and choose a password. Your account will be created using the email address the invitation was sent to.
  • If you already have an account — You will be asked to sign in with your existing credentials.

Important: The invitation is linked to the specific email address it was sent to. Make sure you sign in or register using that same email address, otherwise the invitation cannot be applied to your account.

Accessing the Course After Acceptance

Once you have accepted the invitation, the course will appear in your Dashboard under My Courses. You can start learning straight away.


Account & Settings

Editing Your Profile

Go to Dashboard → Account Settings or visit /dashboard/settings to update your:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Password

Viewing Your Order History

Your recent orders are shown on your Dashboard under Recent Orders. Each entry shows the order ID, date, items purchased, total amount, and status.
