This licence will give you access to the Online Resilience Course Module 4: Building Your Resilience Resources.
In Module 1 we explored the analogy of the rollercoaster. From that video we learnt how important it is when you’re high up on the rollercoaster to take the opportunity to build up your stores of Resilience for when you hit the low times in life.
The videos in this Module let you practice two very simple strategies to start building your Resilience resources – the Gift List and the Success Journal – before exploring the role of self-talk in increasing or diminishing your ability to stay Resilient.
